摘 要:本文利用有机溶剂-水蒸气蒸馏法分别提取贵州产蒲桃枝、叶的挥发油,采用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)进行分析,并结合计算机检索技术对化学成分进行鉴定,应用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对百分含量来对比研究黔产蒲桃枝叶中的挥发性成分。从蒲桃枝、叶中分别鉴定出35和42个化学成分,各占挥发油总量的54.13%、62.70%。两个部位共鉴定出55种化合物,其中20种化合物为共有成分。黔产蒲桃枝叶中挥发性成分及含量均存在一定程度的差异。Chemical constituents of the volatile oils extracted by steam distillation from the stems and leaves of Syzygium jambos Alston were measured by GC - MS, and their structures were identified in combination with computer search technology. Results showed that a total of 35 and 42 chemical components were separately identified from the stems and leaves, accounting for 54. 13% and 62. 70% of the total, respectively. Totally, 55 constituents were identified, of which 20 were present in both parts. The contents and constituents of chemicals were different between the essential oils of stems and leaves from Syzygium jambos Alston.
