摘 要:目的 研究 nm2 3- H1,c- erb B- 2基因表达与乳腺癌淋巴结转移的关系 .方法 应用原位杂交技术检测正常乳腺组织 30例 ,乳腺癌原发灶 4 8例及转移淋巴结组织 30例中nm 2 3- H1m RNA和 c- erb B- 2 m RNA.结果 nm2 3- H1m R-NA失表达在有无淋巴结转移的原发肿瘤之间 ,组织学 , , 分级之间 ,以及淋巴结转移灶与原发肿瘤之间的差异具有显著性 (46 .7% vs16 .7% ;2 0 .0 % ,30 .4 % vs5 3.3% ,6 3.3% vs35 .4 % ,P<0 .0 5 ) .c- erb B- 2 m RNA阳性表达在有无淋巴结转移的原发肿瘤之间 ,ER阳性与阴性的乳腺癌之间 ,以及组织学 , , 分级之间的差异具有显著性(70 .0 % vs 33.3% ;4 4 .8% vs 73.7% ;30 .0 % ,5 6 .5 % vs73.3% ,P<0 .0 5 ) .c- erb B- 2 m RNA在淋巴结转移灶与原发肿瘤组织之间的差异具有显著性 (86 .7% vs5 6 .2 % ,P<0 .0 1) .结论 肿瘤抑制基因 nm 2 3- H1和 c- erb B- 2癌基因在预测乳腺癌淋巴转移有着重要价值 .AIM To investigate the relationship between nm23 H1 mRNA and c erb B 2 mRNA in breast cancer andlymph node metastasis. METHODS Expressions of nm23 H1 mRNA and c erb B 2 mRNA were investigated by using in situ in 30 non cancerous normal breast tissues, 48 primary breast cancer tissues and 30 metastatic lymph nodes. RESULTS Negative expressions of nm23 H1 mRNA mRNA in primary breast cancer tissues having metastases or no metastases, in grade Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and in metastatic lymph nodes and primary breast cancer were significantly different(46.7% vs 16.7%; 20.0%, 30.4% vs 53.3%; 63.3% vs 35.4%, respectively, P <0.05). The positive expression of c erb B 2 mRNA in primary breast cancer tissues having metastases or no metastases, in the estrogen receptor ER + and ER , as well as in grade Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ were significantly different (70.0% vs 33.3%; 44.8% vs 73.7%; 30.0%, 56.5% vs 73.3%, respectively, P <0.05). The expressions of c erb B 2 mRNA in metastatic lymph nodes and primary breast cancer were significantly different too (86.7% vs 56.2%, respectively, P <0.001). CONCLUSION nm23 H1 and c erb B 2 have important value in assessing metastases of lymph nodes in breast cancer.
