摘 要:目的:探讨Plk1及Cyclin Bl在宫颈鳞癌中的表达及其与临床病理因素之间的关系。方法:利用组织芯片技术,结合免疫组化Elivision方法对88例宫颈鳞状细胞癌、20例宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)、20例正常宫颈组织中Plkl和Cyclin Bl表达情况进行检测。结果:Plkl在宫颈鳞癌、CIN中的表达阳性率分别为72.7%、55.0%,明显高于正常宫颈组织10.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),但前两者之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Cyclin Bl在宫颈鳞癌中的表达阳性率54.5%,明显高于CIN 30.0%和正常宫颈组织10.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。Plk1的表达与宫颈鳞癌淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05),Cyclin B1的表达与宫颈鳞癌浸润深度相关(P<0.05),且Plkl和Cyclin Bl在宫颈鳞癌中的表达呈正相关(rs=0.261,P=0.014)。结论:Plkl和Cyclin Bl的表达与宫颈鳞癌的发生发展、浸润深度和转移相关,两者联合有可能成为宫颈鳞癌临床治疗的新靶点。Objective: To explore the expressions of PLK1 and Cyclin B1 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and their relationships with clinicopathological factors. Methods: Tissue microarray combined with immunohistochemical Elivision method was used to detect the expressions of PLK1 and Cyclin B1 in 88 cases with cervical squamous cell carcinoma,20 cases with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia( CIN) and 20 cases with normal cervix. Results: The positive expression rates of PLK1 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and CIN were72. 7% and 55. 0%,respectively,which were statistically significantly higher than that in normal cervical tissue( 10. 0%)( P〈0. 01),but there was no statistically significant difference between cervical squamous cell carcinoma and CIN( P〉0. 05). The positive expression rate of Cyclin B1 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma was 54. 5%,which was statistically significantly higher than those in CIN( 30. 0%) and normal cervical tissue( 10. 0%)( P〈0. 01). The expression of PLK1 was correlated with lymph node metastasis of cervical squamous cell carcinoma( P〈0. 05),the expression of Cyclin B1 was correlated with invasive depth of cervical squamous cell carcinoma( P〈0. 05),there was a positive correlation between PLK1 expression and Cyclin B1 expression in cervical squamous cell carcinoma( rs= 0. 261,P =0. 014). Conclusion: The expressions of PLK1 and Cyclin B1 are involved in the occurrence,development,depth of invasion and metastasis of cervical squamous cell carcinoma,PLK1 and Cyclin B1 may become the new targets for clinical treatment of cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
