摘　　要：作为材料科学与工程专业的重要课程,材料性能学教学研究与改革具有重要的意义。本文简要介绍了课程的性质及其在材料科学知识体系中的作用,围绕课程教学的特点,重点从优化教学内容、丰富教学手段、提高教学水平等方面探讨了课程改革与建设的方法和措施,适应普通高校应用型本科材料专业的人才培养模式改革的要求。It has important significance to carry out the research and teaching reform about material properties course,which is an important part in specialty of material science and engineering. This article briefly describes the nature and role of curriculum in material science knowledge system,and then the reformation and construction of course in the fields involving in proper selecting the teaching content,enriching the teaching methods and improving the teaching professional level ,etc, was discussed,which meets the requirements of professional training model reformation of majoring in Materials Science in application-oriented college.
