摘　　要：脑血管疾病是我国发病率较高的疾病之一,多发性脑梗塞(MCI)在脑梗塞中又占有较高的比例,模拟临床疾病,研制较为可靠的脑缺血动物模型因而显得尤为重要。本文从实验动物的选择、模型制备方法等方面进行了介绍,着重介绍了颈内动脉注射微小栓子模型的制备方法。对系统研究脑血管疾病的发病机理、病理、生理学改变以及药物疗效、防治措施等,在实验动物模型的选择方面,具有一定指导意义。Cerebrovascular disease is one of the high incidence of disease, and muhiple cerebral infarction（MCI）has a high proportion in cerebral infarction.To simulate clinical diseases, animal models of cerebral ischemia studies becomes very important.This article introduce the choice of experimental animal and model of preparation methods, etc.Emphatically it introduce the method of internal carotidartery injection of microthrombus.On the system research of cerebrovascular disease pathogenesis,pathology,physiology change,and the drug efficacy,prevention and control measures, etc, in terms of the choice of experimental animal models,it has certain guiding significance.
