摘　　要：目的:探讨长骨骨化性纤维瘤的X线诊断价值。材料与方法:回顾分析经手术病理证实的长骨骨化性纤维瘤的X线资料21例。结果:病变位于胫骨者16例,股骨5例。病变起自骨干皮质者18例,中心者3例。结论:X线对长骨骨化性纤维瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断有很大的价值。Purpose: To explore the diagnosis value of X-ray for ossifying fibroma of the long bone. Materials and Methods: X-ray materials of 21 patients operative and pathological proved ossifying fibroma of the long bone were retrospecdvely analyzed. Results: site of tumor: tibia 16, femur 5. Origin of tumor: The cortex of diaphysis in 18 and the center of diaphysis in 3 cases. Conclusion: The diagnosis and differential diagnosis can be made correctly with X-ray manifestations in most of ossifying fibroma of the long bone.
