摘  要:目的:研究基层卫生工作者工作激励的主要影响因素,提出卫生人力吸引和保留的政策制定方向。方法:运用因子分析和四分图模型对中国西部四省(自治区,下简称区)基层卫生工作者满意度调查数据进行分析。结果:四省基层卫生工作者满意度指标在四分图中既有共性又有各自特点。结论:目前卫生人力吸引和保留政策方向主要以经济激励政策和岗位培训职称晋升等非经济激励政策为主。各省政策制定还应结合各自特点。Objective To study the main influencing factors to incentives of grass-roots health professionals, and put forward policy suggestions on attraction and retainment of health professionals. Methods The data of satisfaction of grass-roots health profes- sionals in four provinces of Western China was analyzed with factor analysis and four quadrant model. Results There had both simi- larities and different characteristics of satisfaction indicators among four provinces. Conclusion The main policy on attraction and re- tainment of health professionals was non-economic incentives, such as financial rewards, and training and professional title promo- tion. It was suggested for the local government to make policy combining their own characteristics.
