理工医类研究生发表论文的现状分析与思考——以暨南大学为例

摘　　要：采用发表论文数、研究生招生人数等指标,结合2008-2012年暨南大学理工医类研究生发表论文的相关数据,进行学科、期刊级别等方面横纵向对比分析。研究发现当前理工医类研究生发表论文质量有了一定的提升,但由于研究生培养机制和培养模式的滞后使得理工医类研究生科研能力仍有待加强。最后本文针对暨南大学和其他高校存在的问题提出提高科研能力的建议和途径。This publication of papers is an important indicator to measure academic research ability and academic level of graduates, and it is an important measure of postgraduate training management by requiring students to publish a certain number of papers. This article did comparative analysis on thesis subject, periodicals and other aspects within horizontal and vertical level by using number of published papers and graduates indicators, based on data collected from the papers published by science, technology and medical graduates of Jinan University from 2008 to 2012. It found out that the quality of students＇ papers has been improved; But because of the postgraduate training mechanisms and mode remaining to be strengthened, we would figure out the reason and put forword proposals for improving the reasearch capacity of the issues.
