胸心外科78例下呼吸道感染危险因素探究及护理对策

摘　　要：目的探讨胸心外科下呼吸道感染危险因素及护理对策。方法分析收治的78例胸心外科手术发生下呼吸道感染的患者临床资料。结果年龄≥60岁、女性、手术时间≥3 h、使用抑酸药物、气管侵入性操作、住院时间≥14 d发生呼吸道感染明显高于相对应组。结论心胸外科下呼吸道感染与年龄、性别、手术时间、抑酸药物使用情况、气管侵入性操作、住院时间密切相关,应当给予有针对性的护理干预措施,有效降低下呼吸道感染发生率。Objective To analyzed risk factors and nursing countermeasure of lower respiratory tract infections with cardiothoracic surgery .Methods 78 cases patients with clinical data of lower respiratory tract infection in cardiothoracic surgery were analyzed retrospectively .Results ≥60 age , female, operation time≥3 h, used acid suppression drugs , trachea of invasive operation , hospitalization time≥14 d lower respiratory tract infections were significantly higher than corresponding group.Conclusions Cardiothoracic surgery lower respiratory infection is closely related to age , sex, oper-ation time, acid suppression drugs usage , trachea invasive operation , hospitalization time, should be given targeted nurs-ing intervention measures , effectively reduce incidence of lower respiratory tract infections .
