摘 要:三轴磁强计广泛应用于UXO(Unexploded Ordence)探测,而精确获取测量区域的磁场值是实现UXO探测的前提,但三轴磁强计本身的非正交、刻度因子和零偏与载体上的各种干扰磁场都会引起三轴磁强计的输出误差,从而影响UXO的探测,因此需要对三轴磁强计的输出误差进行综合标定补偿.根据三轴磁强计本身的误差模型和载体干扰的补偿模型,推导得到三轴磁强计输出误差的综合补偿模型.针对迭代解法解非线性最小二乘问题的不适定问题,采用了阻尼最小二乘法对参数进行估计.通过仿真对该方法的有效性进行了验证.实验结果表明,该方法能有效改善迭代矩阵的病态.综合补偿后,三轴磁强计的总量输出均方根误差从174.9 n T下降到1.2 n T,可以满足UXO探测的需求.Three-axis magnetometer are widely used in detection of UXO( Unexploded Ordnance),getting the accurate geomagnetic of the measuring field is the precondition of UXO detection. But the bias error,scalar factor error and non-orthogonal error of the three-axis magnetometer and the interferential magnetic field of the vehicle both would distort the output of the three-axis magnetometerand influence the detection of UXO,so comprehensive calibration compensation should be conducted on the output error of the three-axis magnetometer. A comprehensive compensation model is established based on calibration model of magnetometer and compensation model of vehicle. Damped least-squares method is proposed to evaluate the parameters for the discomfort of iteration method solving nonlinear least squares problem. A simulation was conducted to test the effect of the method.The results of the experiment show that the method can improve the morbid of the iterative matrix,after comprehensive compensation the RMS of scalar output of the three-axis magnetometer reduced from 174. 9 nT to1. 2 nT,meets the needs of detection of UXO.
