摘 要:以水稻籽粒产量相关的OsDEP1为候选基因,利用生物信息学分析方法获得了其在玉米中同源基因ZmDEP1的全长并进行了基因结构划分和验证,将该基因与玉米粒重相关基因QTL-q300k20和QTL-qgrwt6共定位。将ZmDEP1基因的3′端在一个由121份优良玉米自交系组成的关联群体中进行测序及多态性位点测定,结合北京和海南两个环境下的籽粒性状表型数据进行关联分析。发现该基因3′UTR的一个单核苷酸多态性位点(SNP)S182,两种环境下都与粒重和籽粒体积相关,表明S182可能是一个影响玉米粒重、体积的功能位点。Taking OsDEP 1 related to rice grain yield as condidate gene,the analysis method of biological information were applied to obtain the full-length of homologous gene ZmDEP 1 in genomic sequences of ZmDEP 1 gene in maize and to conduct the classification and identification forgene structure,at the same time the gene with QTL-q 300k 20 related to maize kernel weight and QTL-qgrwt 6 were mapped.The 3′end of ZmDEP 1 in association population composed of 121 sets of good strains of maize were sequenced and polymorphism gene locus were determined.The association analysis were conducted for phenotypic data of kernel traits of maize under the two environments of Beijing and Hainan.It was found that one single mu-cleotide polymorphism gene locus (SNP)S182 of the gene 3′ UTR were related to the volume of maize kernel,which suggested that S182 might be one functional locus affecting the maize kernel weight and vol-ume.
