摘　　要：近年来药理和临床研究证明葛根素具有 β受体阻滞作用和改善微循环作用。这一作用在青光眼的临床治疗方面已得到证实。An effect of puerarin on retradrace of β receptor and improvement of circulation have been confirmed in recent years by pharmacological and clinical research. The basic pharmacological effect and situation and advance for treatment of glaucoma are summarized in this article.
