摘　　要：杜瓜是一种优良的食品资源,对人体营养与保健具有重要作用。通过对杜瓜籽、杜瓜籽油、天花粉与杜瓜茶等杜瓜深加工产品性状特点与工艺技术进行分析,为杜瓜综合开发提供技术借鉴与依据。Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim was good food resources has important values for human nutrients and health. The properties and techniques of deep processing products such as seed, oil, powder, are studied and analyzed in this paper, for give academic and technical references to further and comprehensive development.
