关于高职院校人才培养模式与区域经济状况匹配程度的探讨——以河北省为例

摘　　要：高职教育发挥服务功效,主要体现在,以所在的区域经济建设要求为出发点,对人才培养模式进行深入改革。高职院校需要开放教育理念,推广校企合作平台模式,从而融入区域经济发展,为区域经济培养创业、创新型人才。这不仅仅是高职院校适应区域经济飞速发展、与区域经济实现有机联动的必由之路,更是高职院校办出水平与特色的必然选择。本文结合河北省高职院校人才培养模式与区域经济发展进行探讨分析。The service effect of higher vocational education mainly reflects in the in-depth reform of talents training mode based on the regional economic construction. Higher vocational colleges need to open education idea and promote university-enterprise cooperation platform model to integrate into the regional economic development to train entrepreneurship and innovative talents for the regional economy, which is not only the necessary way to promote higher vocational colleges to adapt to the rapid development of regional economy,and realize the organic linkage of regional economy, but also the inevitable choice on the level and characteristics of higher vocational colleges. This paper discusses and analyzes the talents training model of higher vocational college and the regional economic development in Hebei Province.
