摘　　要：目的探讨自体腹水浓缩回输术治疗肝硬化顽固性腹水的疗效。方法应用WLFHY-500型自体腹水浓缩回输超滤仪对56例肝硬化顽固性腹水患者进行治疗。结果本组56例患者共进行自体腹水浓缩回输术65例次,显效46例,有效9例,无效1例。结论自体腹水浓缩回输术是一种治疗肝硬化顽固性腹水简便、安全、有效、可靠的方法,值得临床推广应用。Objective Discussion treats liver cirrhosis stubborn aseites treatment from the body aseites concentration feedback technique the curative effect. Methods Appling WLFHY--500 ultra filters the meter from the body ascites concentration feedback to carry on the treatment to 56 example liver cirrhosis stubborn ascites.Results This group of 56 example patient altogether carries on from the body ascites concentration feedback technique 65 times. Shows results 46 examples,effective 9 examples,invalid 1 example.Conclusion is one kind treats the liver cirrhosis stubborn ascites from the body ascites concentration feedback technique simple, safe, effective,the reliable method, on clinical is worth promoting the application.
