摘 要:针对采煤机截割部振动剧烈,振动故障特征不易提取的问题,应用基于经验模态分解(EMD)和能量算子解调的故障诊断方法,首先对采煤机截割部振动信号进行EMD分解,进而得到一定数量的本征模态函数(IMFs)分量;其次对IMFs进行能量算子解调,提取出故障特征频率.通过对采煤机井下现场试验研究,结果表明,该方法能够有效地对采煤机截割部进行故障诊断,对及时发现采煤机故障,避免事故的发生具有重要的作用.A shearer cutting-unit vibrates violently,and it is very difficult to obtain its vibration fault characteristics.In this case,a fault diagnosis method of EMD and energy operator demodulation was proposed.Firstly,the vibration signal characteristics of a shearer cutting-unit will be decomposed into several intrinsic mode functions(IMFs) by EMD; secondly,in order to obtain a fault characteristic-frequency,some of the intrinsic mode functions were demodulated by an energy operator.Through the experiments in mine,the results showed that the faults of a shearer cutting-unit can be effectively diagnosed by the method,and it is significant to prevent accidents.
