摘  要:目的探讨O6-甲基鸟嘌呤-DNA-甲基转移酶(MGMT)在子宫颈癌组织中表达情况及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学染色方法检测子宫颈癌组织中MGMT的表达。结果 60例子宫颈癌组织中MGMT的阳性表达率为93.33%,显著高于14例对照正常宫颈组织中阳性率42.8%,(P<0.05);子宫颈癌患者中,Ⅰ期与Ⅱ期的MGMT阳性率分别为100%、95.83%,显著高于Ⅲ-Ⅳ期的阳性率62.5%(P<0.01)。结论 MGMT的表达水平与宫颈组织癌变发展的进程相关,其在宫颈癌组织的高表达可为宫颈癌的诊断提供重要依据。Objective To investigate the expression of O6-methylguanine DNA methyltransferase (MGMT) and its clinical sig-nificance in cervical cancer. Methods The expression of MGMT in cervical cancer tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry staining method. Results The expression of MGMT in cervical carcinoma group was higher than that in normal cervical tissues, and the positive rates were 93.33% and 42.8% respectively (P〈0.05). In PhaseⅠandⅡcervical cancer, the expression rates of MGMT (100%and 95.83%respectively) were significantly higher than that in Phase Ⅲ-Ⅳcervical cancer (62.5%, P〈0.01). Conclusion MGMT expression level associates with the development process of cervical cancer, its high expression in cervical cancer tissue plays an important role in the diagnosis of cervical cancer.
