摘 要:为了研究零陵香花浸膏提取方法的最佳工艺条件和该香料中挥发油各组分含量,以零陵香花为试验原料,考察了不同提取溶剂对零陵香花浸膏的提取效果;采用单因素试验设计,以乙醇浓度、提取温度、提取时间、提取次数为影响因素,采用溶剂浸提法对浸膏进行提取,逐步筛选零陵香花浸膏提取的最佳工艺;并采用气质联用法对所提取的零陵香花浸膏中挥发油的成分进行了分析。结果表明,零陵香花的最佳提取条件为:50%乙醇水溶液,提取温度为70℃,提取时间为3 h,提取次数为3次,所得的零陵香花浸膏出膏率可达8%;用气相色谱仪和质谱仪检测零陵香花浸膏的主要化学成分有11种,其中,棕榈酸甲酯、正二十四烷和月桂酸甲酯含量较高,分别占总量的13.9%,10.7%和8.8%。To study the optimum extracting conditions of Lysimachia foenum-gracum flower extract method and the spices in the volatile oil content of each component, this research takes the flower of Lysimachia foenum-gracum as experiment materials, the different extraction solvents on the Lysimachia foenum-gracum concrete inspection; adopts the single factor experimental design, ethanol concentration, extraction temperature, extraction time, influence the number of extracted factors, using thesolvent extraction method to extract, stepwise selection of optimum extraction process of Lysimachia foenum-gracum flower extract. And the paper has carried on the analysis to the Lysimachia foenum-gracum flower extract volatile oil extracted components by GC-MS. The results showed that the optimum conditions of extraction, fragrant flower of Lysimachia foenum-gracum is 50% ethanol water solution, the extraction temperature was 70 ℃, the extraction time was 3 hours, the extraction times was 3, the obtained the Lysimachia foenum-gracum extraction cream paste rate of up to 8%. The main chemical constituentsusing gas chromatography and mass spectrometry detection Lysimachia foenumgracum fragrance extract had 11 kinds, including palmitic acid methyl ester and n-teracos ane and the content of methyl laurate higher,respectively, accounting for 13.9%, 10.7% and 8.8% of the total.
