工作需求和资源与社区临床执业医师职业耗竭的关系

摘　　要：目的:探索工作需求和资源因素对社区医生职业耗竭的影响。方法:采用问卷调查的方法,对692名社区医生进行个别施测,通过相关分析、回归分析等统计方法对调查数据进行分析。结果:工作需求和工作资源与社区医生的职业耗竭存在显著相关,其中角色冲突、角色混淆对社区医生职业耗竭的发生具有正向预测作用(Wald=19.859,21.237;P均<0.001),程序公平与家庭支持则对职业耗竭的发生具有保护作用(Wald=8.499,6.668;P均<0.01)。结论:社区医生的角色混淆与角色冲突是社区医生职业耗竭发生的重要预测源,程序公平与家庭支持是缓解职业耗竭的重要的支持性资源。Objective：To explore the relationship among job demand,resource and occupational burnout.Method：Questionnaire investigation was used individually to collect study datas of 692 general practitioners, which were analyzed by correlative analysis and Logistic regression. Results：The factors of job demand and resource had obvious correlation with occupational burnout.Role conflict and role ambiguity could positively pre-dict occupational burnout（Wald=19.859,21.237;all P〈0.001）,procedural justice and family support could prevent occupational burnout（Wald=8.499,6.668;all P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Both role conflict and role ambiguity are significant predictors of occupational burnout,and procedural justice and family support are sup-portive resources to occupational burnout.
