摘  要:采用雄性ICR小鼠随机分组,分别灌胃蒸馏水、不同剂量的蛹虫草(Cordyceps militaris)多糖(低、中、高剂量组分别每天灌胃75、150、450mg/kg BW),40d后建立疲劳模型,比较力竭游泳时间、肝肌糖原水平、乳酸含量和机体相关的乳酸脱氢酶和超氧化物歧化酶活力。结果表明:高剂量蛹虫草多糖能够显著延长小鼠力竭游泳时间,中高剂量多糖显著提高小鼠肝肌糖原水平,有效的遏制运动后小鼠乳酸生成量,而低剂量多糖显著增加运动后小鼠乳酸脱氢酶活力,3个剂量的多糖均能提高运动后小鼠血清中超氧化物歧化酶的活力。A polysaccharide fraction obtained from Cordyceps militaris fruit bodies by hot water extraction (100 ℃,3 h),protein removal using the Sevag method,and ethanol precipitation was evaluated for anti-fatigue effects.Male ICR mice (96)were randomly divided into four equal groups,three of which were administered different doses (low dosage,75 mg/kg BW;medium dosage 150 mg/kg BW;high dosage 450 mg/kg BW)of polysaccharide daily for 40 days,and a control group given distilled water.At this point, the fatigue model was established by transferring the mice to a tank of water,and the effects of the polysaccharide fraction on the exhaustive swimming time,liver and muscle glycogen levels,blood lactic acid level,and serum lactate dehydrogenase (LDH)and superoxide dismutase (SOD)activities were determined. High dosages of C .militaris polysaccharide prolonged the exhaustive swimming time,and resulted in increased liver and muscle glycogen levels. However, lactic acid production was inhibited in mice administered both medium and high dosages.Lactate scavenging ability and LDH activity increased in low dosage mice,while increased SOD activity was recorded in mice of all three experimental groups.
