小牛脾提取物联合化疗治疗晚期NSCLC的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察小牛脾提取物注射液联合吉西他滨和奈达铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的疗效和安全性。方法80例NSCLC患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予小牛脾提取物注射液联合奈达铂和吉西他滨治疗,对照组给予奈达铂和吉西他滨治疗,28 d为1个周期,2个周期治疗后全面评价治疗情况,比较两组的临床疗效及临床表现、肺功能、不良反应。结果两组的客观缓解率和肺功能比较无明显差异;治疗组的白细胞减少、血小板减少、恶心、呕吐发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组的PS评分、体重、食欲、乏力与对照组比较均有显著改善(P<0.05)。结论小牛脾提取物注射液联合化疗治疗晚期NSCLC,可提高客观缓解率,减轻化疗的不良反应,改善临床症状。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of calf spleen extract combined with gemcitabine and nedaplatin in treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC）. Methods Total 80 patients with NSCLC were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with calf spleen extractive injection combined with nedaplatin and gemcitabine, and the control group was treated with nedaplatin and gemcitabine. 28 days constituted a treatment cycle. After two treatment cycles, comprehensive evaluation was made, including the clinical curative effects, clinical manifestations, pulmonary function, and adverse reaction between the two groups. Results The objective response rate and pulmonary function of two groups had no significant difference; the leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, and the incidence of nausea and vomiting in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） ; the PS score, body weight, appetite, and fatigue in the treatment group were significantly improved than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Calf spleen extractive injection combined with chemotherapy in treatment of advanced NSCLC can improve the objective response rate, reduce the adverse reaction of chemotherapy, and improve the clinical symptoms.
