摘　　要：总结我院病案示踪系统的缺陷和问题,引入条形码自动识别技术,且制定适合医院实际情况的病案示踪系统设计方案。通过病案号加上住院次数加标识符,生成唯一条形码,实现从住院科室开始监控患者医疗信息,追踪患者住院病案资料,指导病案在病案管理各业务环节流通。病案条形码示踪管理可提高管理效率和服务质量,使病案的采集、储存查询和信息交换更加快捷和科学。To summarize the defects and problems existing in the medical records tracing system of our hospital,introduce the barcode automatic identification technology, and develop a design scheme for the medical records tracing system suitable for the actual situation of our hospital. Unique barcode is generated on the basis of the serial number of medical record plus the times of hospitalization of the patient and the identifier, so that the medical records manager can monitor the medical information of the patient, trace their medical records, and guide the use and circulation of the medical records in all clinical departments of our hospital. The barcode-based medical records tracing system can improve management efficiency and service quality, and the collection, storage and query, and information exchange of medical records become more efficient and scientific accordingly.
