摘 要:新型农民培养是中国新农村建设的主要目标。采用探索性因子分析法构建新型农民培养效益的评价指标体系,采用结构方程方法构建新型农民培养效益评价模型,综合运用SPSS和AMOS软件进行统计分析,对安徽省新型农民培养效益实施进行实证研究。实证结果表明,培养需求对培养效益的影响最大,同时与培养内容和培养组织有较强的正相关关系,而现有的培养组织在培养内容和方式的实用性方面达不到农民要求。基于实证结果,文章提出了改善新型农民培养效益的对策性建议。Training the new - type farmers is a primary aim in the construction of Chinese new socialist countrysides. This paper constructs evaluation index system of new - type farmers' training effectiveness by using the exploratory factor analysis, and conducts s empirical research on the new - type farmers' training effectiveness of Anhui province after statistically analyzing it with a comprehensive use of SPSS and AMOS. The empirical result suggests that training need has the great influence on training effectiveness, and training need has strong positive correlation with the training contents and models, and that the practicality of current training organization in contents and methods fails to meet the farmers' requirements. Accordingly, the paper proposes countermeasures to improve the efficiency in new -type farmers training. This research enriches the evaluation theory and method of effectiveness of new - type farmers' training.
