摘 要:目的高张盐水后处理对脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠脑梗死范围的影响。方法清洁级雄性SD大鼠60只,随机分为4组。A组:假手术组;B组:缺血再灌注组;C组:4.2%Na Cl组;D组:高张盐水组(7.5%Na Cl)。采用线栓法制作局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型,恢复脑血流1.5 min时,经股静脉注射4 ml/kg的4.2%Na Cl(C组)或7.5%Na Cl(D组),A组和B组不给任何药物。再灌注22 h后,测定脑含水量和脑梗死范围。结果经高张盐水后处理后,C组和D组梗塞范围较B组下降明显,C组p<0.05,D组p<0.01;C组和D组脑含水量较B组下降明显,p<0.05。结论高张盐水后处理能够减少脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠脑梗死范围和脑含水量。Objective To investigate the effects of hypertonic saline on the area of cerebral infarction following focal cerebral ischemia- reperfusion injury in rats. Methods 60 rats were randomized equally into 4 groups: the shame- operated group( A group),the ischemic reperfusion group( B group),the 4. 2% Na Cl group( C group) and the hypertonic saline( 7. 5% Na Cl) group( D group). Suture- occluded method was used to make the focal cerebral ischemia / reperfusion model. 1. 5 minutes after restoring the cerebral blood flow,4 ml / kg of 4. 2% Na Cl was administrated in C group or 4 ml / kg of 7. 5% Na Cl in D group through femoral intravenous injection,with no drugs given in A and B groups. 22 h after reperfusion,the cerebral water content and the range of cerebral infarction were measured. Results After treatment with hypertonic saline,the range of cerebral infarction in C and D groups was more significantly reduced than that in B group( C group p〈0.05; D group p〈0.01). The reductions of cerebral water contents in C and D groups were more significant than that in B group. Conclusion Hypertonic saline can reduce the area of cerebral infarction and water content in rats with focal cerebral ischemia- reperfusion injury.
