浙江省乡村医生社会保障现状调查

摘　　要：目的分析影响浙江省乡村医生社保情况的重要因素,探讨解决浙江省乡村医生社会保障问题的对策。方法采取分层随机调查,结合问卷调查与个案访谈、文献分析等方法对浙江省乡村医生参保情况进行调查,收集数据并进行统计学处理。结果 429位被调查乡村医生未参保比例为23%,其中参保情况在乡村医生的学历水平、职称及工资水平上差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论浙江省乡村医生未参保比例较高,社保费用的缴纳方式、乡村医生的工资水平是重要影响因素。Objective To analyze the factors that affect the social welfare of the doctors in rural areas of Zhejiang province and to work out measures to address existing problems with the system. Method Stratified random investigation, questionnaire survey, interview, and literature review were used for data collection. Findings The rate of uninsured doctors was 23% among 429 doctors surveyed. The level of education, the level of income and the level of professional qualification of the doctors made significant differences in the social welfare to which the doctors in rural areas are entitled. Conclusion The percentage of uninsured doctors in the rural areas of Zhejiang remains significantly high. The way to pay the premium and level of income are two main factors that contribute to the high percentage of uninsured GPs in the rural areas of Zhejiang province.
