摘  要:目的探讨三七皂苷Rg1对阿尔茨海默病双转基因小鼠学习记忆功能及海马神经元内突触素(synaptophysin,SY)含量的影响。方法将30只雄性阿尔兹海默病双转基因小鼠随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组给予腹腔注射三七皂苷Rg1,100mg/kg,每日一次,对照组给予生理盐水,4周后观察小鼠学习记忆功能,同时检测其海马神经元内SY含量水平。结果实验组小鼠的学习能力以及海马神经元内SY含量显著高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论三七皂苷Rg1可提高模型小鼠的学习记忆功能,其机制可能与延缓小鼠体内海马神经元SY含量减少有关。Objective To understand the effects of the extract of anchinoside Rgl on the memory function of Alzheimer mice and SY in hippocampal neurons. Method Thirty Alzheimer mice were randomly divided into two an experimental group (n = 15) and a control group (n = 15). The experimental group was given intraperitoneal injection of sanchinoside Rg1, 100 mg/kg, once per day, while the control group was given normal saline. Observed the function of learning and memory in mice and at the same time tested SY levels within their hippocampal neurons four weeks after. Findings The ability to learn and SY content of neurons of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group. Conclusion Sanchinoside Rgl can improve the momory function of mice by preventing SY content in hippocampal neurons from decreasing.
