摘 要:离婚问题是女权主义思潮在1920年代进入中国语境之后所面临的一个重要现实问题.《妇女杂志》在1922~1924年间先后以“离婚问题号”“对于郑振埙君婚姻史的批评”专栏、“尊重女性的男子可否与不满意的旧式妻子离婚”专栏等形式展开讨论.在这些讨论中,争取女性的离婚权、维护女性的权益这一“平允的论调”成为当时的共识.在这一共识的形成过程中,中国儒家文化“己溺溺人”的文化逻辑参与其中.这样,在离婚问题的讨论中,从西方移植而来的“恋爱结婚论”就形成了中国的经验.这一经验的形成及其内涵对于今天的女权主义的本土化有着重要的借鉴意义.The divorce has become an important practical problem after feminism was introduced into China in the 1920s. Ladies' Journal discussed this issue on several columns, such as "The Issue on Divorce", "The Criticism of Zheng Zhenxun' s Marital History", "The Issue Whether the Man Who Respects Women Could Divorce His Unsatisfied Wife", etc. These discussions aimed to fight for women' s right of divorce and to pro- tect the interests and rights of women. The cultural logic "putting oneself in other' s position" in Chinese Confucian culture played an important part in these discussions. Thus, the view of "marriage because of love" coming from the West has been introduced to China and been sinicized. The formation and the connotation of this experience played a significant role in the localization of feminism.
