摘  要:研究了Na Cl胁迫处理对红花种子发芽的影响和对幼苗叶片叶绿素、可溶性糖、相对电导率的影响。试验结果表明:随着盐胁迫浓度的增加发芽率逐渐下降,盐浓度在0.6%以上发芽率显著下降;盐胁迫下叶片中叶绿素含量随着盐胁迫浓度的增加而降低,可溶性糖含量增加,相对电导率上升;盐浓度在0.2%及以下3种生理指标除相对电导率外差异不显著。The effects of NaCl stress on seed germination and chlorophyll, soluble sugar,relative leakage of electrolytes in leaves of Carthamus tinctorius L. seedling were studied.The results showed that the germination rate declined with increased salinity, but above the NaCl concentration of 0.6% significantly reduced.Under the salt stress chlorophyll declined, soluble sugar and relative leakage of electrolytes increased.Three physiological indexs except the ralative leakage of electrolytes had no significant differences at or below the concentration of 0.2%.
