摘　　要：思想政治教育与网络技术相结合或者将网络技术引入思想政治教育领域,形成了网络思想政治教育新概念和新实践。但网络思想政治教育实效性的增强,还有待于其在理论和实践上的进一步深入探讨。本文对高校网络思想政治教育的特点、机遇与挑战试作分析。The ideological and political education and the combination of network technology or network technology into the field of Ideological and political education, form the new concepts and new practice of network ideological and political education. But the effectiveness of network ideological and political education needs to be further enhanced in the theory and the practice discussion. The characteristics, opportunities, and challenges of University Network Ideological and political education are analyzed.
