摘 要:随着中学高水平运动队的发展,如何建立一套科学有效的教练员激励机制,加强对教练员的管理,充分调动教练员的积极性,提高运动队的竞技水平,己成为中学高水平运动队建设过程中迫切需要解决的问题。文章采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法对西部区某市中学高水平运动队教练员激励机制的现状进行全面研究和分析。结果表明,不能与其他专业课老师同工同酬,造成人才流失,高水平运动队缺乏较为完善的教练员工作评价体系。With the development of middle school high-level sports teams, the following problems have become urgent problems in the process of the construction of middle school high-level sports team, including how to set up a scientific and effective coaches incentive mechanism, strengthen the management of coaches, fully mobihze the enthusiasm of the coaches, and improve the competitive level of sport teams. By the methods of literature research, investigation, interview, mathematical statistics, the paper comprehensively analyzes and researches the current situation of a middle school high-level sports team coaches incentive mechanism in western region. The results show that the coaches can't have equal payment for equal work with other professional class teachers, otherwise it will cause the brain drain, and besides the high-level sports teams lack relatively perfect coaches job evaluation system.
