摘  要:为了避免牵引式双轨运输机在运行过程中因遥控系统故障导致的安全事故,在原有的遥控系统上增加基于单片机的数据校验模块以实现故障自检测。当运输机处于"上行"或者"下行"的工作状态时,遥控系统的发射端持续发送校验数据,当接收端检测到校验数据丢失或错误时,表示遥控系统发生故障,运输机立即停止工作。为了降低能耗,当运输机处于停止或工作状态时,遥控系统可分别进入休眠、唤醒模式,既保证了功能的实现又有效地降低了电量消耗。改进后的遥控系统已在实际中得到应用,极大提升了安全性能。该方法对于稳定性、安全性要求较高的遥控实现极具参考价值。In order to avoid safe accident during dural-track cargo vehicle operation because of remote control system fault, data check module based on microcomputer is added to realize fault self detection. When vehicle is in working state, the transmitter of system sends data continuously. If the receiver detects that the data is mistaken or lost, remote control system fault is judged, and the vehicle stops working immediately. Moreover, the system can enter sleeping state when the vehicle stops working, and be awakened as the vehicle is enable, which reduces power consumption. The improved remote control system is applied in practice, which enhances safety performance effectively. The method proposed in the paper has reference value for realization of remote control with high requirements of stability and security.
