摘　　要：目的观察SARM蛋白在妇科肿瘤中的表达,探讨其在常见妇科肿瘤发生发展中的作用及临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测20名正常宫颈组织和36例宫颈癌、18名正常宫内膜组织和46例宫内膜癌、19名正常卵巢组织和74例上皮性卵巢癌中SARM蛋白的表达情况,并比较不同临床病理特征之间SARM蛋白表达的差异。结果宫颈癌与正常宫颈组织中SARM蛋白表达阳性率的差异无统计学意义,但宫颈癌淋巴结转移组中SARM蛋白的表达高于无转移组(57%与9%,P=0.047)。SARM蛋白在宫内膜癌、卵巢上皮性癌中的表达均高于正常对照(分别为46%与6%、70%与10%,P=0.002和0.000)。宫内膜癌低分化组SARM的表达高于高分化组(75%与13%,P=0.001)。卵巢癌中SARM蛋白的阳性表达率随着肿瘤分化程度的逐渐降低(P=0.018)、临床分期的逐渐升高(P=0.006)呈不断升高的趋势。结论 SARM蛋白的过表达可能与妇科肿瘤,尤其是卵巢癌的发生发展有关。Objective To investigate the expression of SARM protein in gynecological cancers,and to analyze the role and clinical significance of SARM protein in carcinogenesis and development of gynecological cancers.Methods By immunohistochemical method SP,we examined the SARM expression levels and relative clinicopathological features in 10 normal cervical tissues and 18 cervical cancers;18normal endometrium tissues and 46 endometrium carcinoma;19normal ovarian tissues and 74 epithelial ovarian cancers.Results The expression rate of SARM protein in cervical carcinoma wasn′t higher than that in normal cervical tissues,but SARM expression was correlated with lymph node involvement.The positive expressions of SARM in carcinoma of endometrium and ovarian cancers were significantly higher than those in normal tissues.In carcinoma of endometrium,the rate of SARM expression in poorly-differentiated cancer was obviously higher than that in well-differentiated cancer.There was an inverse relationship between SARM expression levels and histological tumor grades.It showed the tendency forward that the SARM expression increased with the progress of clinical stages.Conclusion The overexpression of SARM may play a role in the carcinogenesis and development of gynecological cancers,especially in ovarian cancers.
