高职医学影像技术专业“院校合作”人才培养模式创新设计

摘　　要：本文在分析我国医院医学影像技术专业人员及高职医学影像技术专业人才培养的现状的基础上,提出该专业"院校合作"人才培养模式创新设计应该走政府主导,院校"双向兼职",行业指导,医院参与之路。从合作医院的选择,成立合作办学的相关机构等入手,在行业指导委员会的指导下,对该专业进行论证,与合作医院共同制订课程标准和培养目标,共同构建课程体系和设计两个专业方向的人才培养方案,共同编写核心校本教材,共同教学。On the basis of analyzing the status quo of Chinese medical imaging technique professionals in hospital and training of talents in the specialty of medical imaging technique of higher vocational education, this article puts forward that creative design on talent-training model of ＂Hospital-college cooperation＂shoud be government-leading,＂bidirec-tionally concurrent post＂ between hospital and college, guide by advisers in industry, with hospital participating in it. To start with the selection of cooperative hospitals and the establishment of relevant cooperative education agencies, the specialty is demonstrated under the guidance of Industry Steering Committee. Together with cooperative hospitals, high-er vocational colleges can work out curriculum standards and training objectives, build jointly curriculum system and design two talent training programmers in specialty, prepare core-based teaching materials and teach together.
