腹腔镜根治术与传统开腹手术治疗结肠癌的效果比较

摘　　要：目的研究腹腔镜根治术与传统开腹手术治疗结肠癌的临床效果。方法选取本院2012年1月～2014年1月收治的120例结肠癌患者,随机分为实验组（67例）和对照组（53例）,实验组采用腹腔镜根治术,对照组采用传统开腹手术。比较两组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后进食时间、术后排气时间、术后体温恢复时间、术后下床活动时间,评价两组治疗后半年的生活质量。结果实验组手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。实验组术后进食时间、排气时间、体温恢复时间、下床活动时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。实验组术后各项生活质量指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论与传统开腹手术比较,腹腔镜根治术治疗结肠癌,患者术后伤口恢复快、住院时间短,可改善术后生活质量。Objective To study the effect of laparoscopic radical surgery and traditional laparotomy in treatment of colon cancer. Methods 120 cases of patients with colon cancer in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were selected,and were divided into experimental group（n=67） and control group（n=53）,the experimental group were taken with laparoscopic radical surgery,the control group were taken with traditional laparotomy surgery.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative eating time,anus exhaust time,temperature back to normal time,ambulation time of two groups was compared;the quality of life after half a year treatment was evaluated. Results The operation time of experimental group was shorter than that of control group,intraoperative blood loss was less than that of control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.The postoperative eating time,anus exhaust time,temperature back to normal time,ambulation time of experimental group was shorter than that of control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.The quality of life score in the experimental group was higher than that of control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with traditional laparotomy,laparoscopic radical surgery in treatment of colon cancer can shorten the hospitalized time,the postoperative wound heal fast,can improve the quality of life in patients.
