90后大学生职业生涯规划及其相关因素分析

摘　　要：采用大学生职业生涯问卷、社会支持量表、成就目标问卷,随机抽取四川某高校对320名90后大学生进行测试,探讨大学生职业生涯规划的现状特点及其影响因素,为科学指导大学生职业生涯规划提供参考。研究结果显示:90后大学生的职业生涯规划处于中等以上水平;女生在自我认识、自我提升及反馈修正上显著高于男生;除反馈修正外,在不同社会支持程度上,大学生职业生涯规划各因子均存在极其显著的差异;回归分析表明,成就目标中的学习目标和社会支持中的支持利用度是影响大学生职业生涯规划的重要因素。大学生的社会支持和成就目标定向水平是影响其职业生涯规划的重要因素。To investigate the present status of career planning and relating factors in the generation after 90 s college students,320 students were measured with career-planning questionnaire,the social support scale and the questionnaire survey on achievement goal respectively.The results indicated that：The score of career planning of the generation after 90 s college students was higher than mean score.The self-cognition,self-advancing and feedback of girls＇ were higher than boys＇.Except feedback,the different social support levels in the generation after 90 s college students had significantly difference with career-planning.Stepwise regression analysis revealed that learning goal and availability of social support were predictors of the career planning.The social support and achieve goal of the generation after 90 s college students are useful to enhance and maintain their career planning.
