襄阳地区中小学体育教师职业幸福感现状调查

摘　　要：运用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈等方法对襄阳地区中小学体育教师的职业幸福感进行调查,得出结论如下:(1)襄阳地区男性体育教师的职业幸福指数要高于女性体育教师,同时襄阳地区整体体育教师的职业幸福感值偏低;(2)襄阳地区中小学体育教师的职业幸福感随着年龄的增长,具体呈现先下降后上升的状态,总体呈现降低的趋势;(3)襄阳地区中小学体育教师的职业幸福感随着职称的升高而升高;(4)随着学历的增高,襄阳地区中小学体育教师的职业幸福感指数也逐渐增高;(5)随着收入水平的提升,其职业幸福值就越高,在月收入4000元以上时,职业幸福感指数有下降的趋势。The research methods of literature,questionnaire etc were used to analyze the present situation of P.E teachers＇ professional happiness in primary and secondary schools in Xiangyang area.The conclusions are as follows：（1） professional happiness index of male physical education teachers was higher than that of female.The P.E Teachers＇ Professional happiness is low in primary and secondary schools in Xiangyang area;（2） the P.E teachers＇ professional happiness increase with age,particularly showed the first decline after rising,but the overall decreasing trend in primary and secondary schools in Xiangyang area;（3） the P.E teachers＇ professional happiness increased with the rise of the title in primary and secondary schools in Xiangyang area;（4） along with education levels,P.E teachers＇ professional happiness also increased in primary and secondary schools in Xiangyang area;（5） along with the increase of income level,P.E teachers＇ professional happiness is high,but when their income reaches more than 4000 yuan a month,their professional happiness index has a downward trend.
