摘　　要：当前,中国梦以高昂的旋律指引中国走向未来。中国梦蕴含着理想信念、价值追求、历史使命、责任担当等丰富的精神内核,中国梦的宏伟蓝图是创新大学生发展理念,激励大学生持续奋斗、坚毅持守的长久内驱力,同时又推动大学生将个体的精神动力聚合成群体的精神动力。实现中国梦要与提升大学生精神动力有机融合、互动共进:尊重大学生主体地位,捕捉大学生的心;善于潜移默化,渗入大学生的脑;融入"虚""实"生活,外化于行。At present,Chinese dream is guiding China to the future in high rhythm.Chinese dream contains rich spiritual cores such as the ideal faith,value pursuit,historical mission and responsibility.The grand blueprint of Chinese dream is the key drive to innovate the concept of college students ＇ development,to motivate students to struggle continuously and hold persistently.At the same time,it promotes college students＇ individual spiritual power to aggregate into groups＇ spiritual power.The realization of Chinese dream and the enhancement of college students＇ spiritual motive should integrate organically and progress interactively as follows：respect the subjective position of college students in order to know them well;exert a subtle influence on their character in order to understand their ideas;integrate them into the ＂virtual ＂ and ＂real＂ life in order to externalize in action.
