摘　　要：地方医学院校是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,为国家的研究生教育事业和地区卫生事业的发展做出了巨大贡献。但在研究生培养过程中,由于受学校定位、专业设置、办学历史、学校位置等因素的影响,遇到了教育资源薄弱、培养条件局限等因素的困扰。地方医学院校可以通过准确定位学校,形成办学特色,加强导师队伍建设,加强与地方医疗单位合作等措施,改进研究生培养条件,提高研究生培养质量。Local medical college is a very important component of higher education and one of the vital forces in graduate education in our country. Local medical college has made tremendous contribution to graduate education and regional health undertaking development in China. But due to orientation and professional settings of college, school history, location and other factors, local medical college is confronted with difficulties like weak educational resources and limited culture condition. Local medical college can improve condition of graduate student training and the quality of graduate education by taking actions like forming accurate orientation, developing distinc- tive school characteristics, enhancing the quality of faculty and strengthening cooperation with local medical units.
