角膜异物50例治疗体会

摘　　要：目的探讨角膜异物的治疗方法。方法对50例角膜异物患者角膜异物取出治疗方法及其结果进行分析。结果所有患者角膜异物均取出,其中1-6 h内接受治疗38例,12-24 h接受治疗4例,72 h后接受治疗8例。一次剔除46例,二次剔除4例,有效率100%。均痊愈出院,角膜基本修复且未留痕迹。结论严格无菌操作提取角膜异物,除去异物或铁锈刺激,防止感染。Objective The treatment methods of corneal foreign bodies to be investigated. Methods Analyzing the treatment of corneal foreign body removal and its result. Results All the patients＇ corneal foreign bodies are removed,among all the patients,38 cases of patients are given treatment within 1 to 6 hours,and 4 cases of patients are given treatment within 12 to 24 hours,and 8 cases of patients are given treatment after 72 hours. And 46 cases of patients have the corneal foreign bodies removed with one time,4 cases with twice; the effectiveness probability arrives at 100 percent. All of patients are cured and discharged from hospital, the corneal are basically treated well and no scar left. Conclusion It is required to utilize strict aseptic technique to remove corneal foreign body and exclude foreign matters or rust stimulation in order to prevent from infection.
