摘 要:以山西无烟煤和张集气煤为原料,对单煤及配煤的挥发分释放特性及其稳燃特性进行了研究,结果表明,配煤的挥发分与参配单煤间具有较好的线性关系,可由单煤的理论加权值来预测;热重分析表明,挥发分释放过程中,配煤的失重变化介于单煤之间,且趋近于配比较大的单煤,配煤的瞬时失重速率与失重变化规律类似,但吸放热特性与单煤间并无明显规律。高阶无烟煤中加入高挥发分煤可使配煤的着火性能及稳燃特性得到显著改善。This paper has studied the characteristics of volatile and its stability for combustion of blended coals based on the materials of Shanxi anthracite and Zhangji gas coal. The result shows that there exists a good linear relationship of volatile between the raw coals and blended coals, of which the value can be predicted by theoretical calculating. Thermal gravimetric analysis revals the law of weightlessness that changes between the two raw coals and approaches to the bigger percent single coal for blended coals under the vola- tile release process. The trend of instantaneous rate of weight loss similars to that of weightlessness. The behavior of endothermic and exothermic, however, demonstrates no obvious nile. It is clear that the ignition performance and combustion stability can be improved greatly when the coal of low volatile blended with the high ones.
