摘　　要：目的探讨MARS人工肝在治疗肝衰竭并发症过程中的防治及护理.方法对MARS人工肝在162例肝衰竭患者治疗过程中的并发症进行回顾性分析.结果对162例患者的538例次MARS人工肝治疗中,出现并发症148例次,占27.51%.结论认真做好MARS人工肝治疗前、中、后的护理,是确保人工肝治疗过程中的安全和预防各种并发症发生的重要保障.Objective To discuss the prevention and nursing of MARS artificial liver in the treatment of hepatic failure complications.Methocd We retrospectively analyzed 162 cases of hepatic failure complications,all of them were treated with MARS artificial liver.Result Complications were found in 148 cases of 162 patients of 538 MARS artificial liver treatments,accounted for 27.51％.Cornclusion Careful nursing before,during and after MARS artificial liver treatment is the important guarantee to ensure the safety and prevent the complications in artificial liver treatment.
