摘　　要：对简化太极拳的起始、历程及未来的发展进行了梳理。指出:太极拳简化发展是走向繁荣昌盛的必经之路。同时,应该看到简化发展背后隐藏的文化危机,过度的简化发展会逐渐偏颇太极拳文化的真实,甚至于走向异化。最终,如何保持自我,不失自我,提出了温故知新是太极拳守正创新的正脉道,并制定了太极拳文化的输出方略。The research summarized about starting process and the future development of Taijiquan.Provide that Taijiquan simplified development is the only way leading to the prosperity.At the same time,you should see a cultural crisis of simplified development.Excessive development will gradually hidden Taijiquan cultural reality,even to alienation.Finally,how to keep yourself,do not lose the ego,the research put forward the view of Taijiquan innovation and made the output strategy of Taijiquan culture.
