摘　　要：目的:观察藤龙补中汤联合化疗对晚期大肠癌治疗作用。方法:晚期大肠癌患者随机分为对照组及治疗组,分别给化疗或藤龙补中汤联合化疗治疗。观察治疗前后肿瘤病灶大小,化疗不良反应,患者临床证候及生活质量。结果:治疗组有效率及疾病控制率分别为46.88%、84.38%,疾病控制率与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗组消化道反应及骨髓抑制较对照组显著减轻(P<0.05)。治疗组临床证候较对照组显著改善(P<0.01)。治疗组生活质量较对照组显著提高(P<0.01)。结论:藤龙补中汤可以增强化疗对晚期大肠癌的临床疗效,同时减少化疗的不良反应,改善晚期大肠癌患者临床证候,提高晚期大肠癌患者生活质量。Objective： To observe the effects of Tenglong Buzhong Decoction on metastatic colorectal cancer.Methods： Metastatic colorectal cancer patients were randomly divided into control and treatment group, and treated withchemotherapy or Tenglong Buzhong Decoction plus chemotherapy. The cancer lesions, clinical symptoms and quality oflife in those patients were observed and scored before and after treatment. Results： The objective response rate and diseasecontrol rate in treatment group was 46.88% and 84.38% respectively. The disease control rate in treatment group wassignificantly higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05）. The gastrointestinal reactions and myelosuppression were sig-nificantly reduced in treatment group compared with those in control group （ P 〈 0.05）. The clinical symptoms in treat-ment group were significantly palliated compared with those in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The quality of life in treatmentgroup was significantly improved compared with that in control group （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion： Tenglong BuzhongDecoction could enhance anti -cancer effects and reduce toxic side effects of chemotherapy, palliate clinical symptoms,and improve quality of life in patients with metastatic colorectal cancer.
