不同配伍比例的泽泻汤降血脂作用研究

摘　　要：目的:采用自身对照法研究配伍比例对泽泻汤降血脂作用的影响。方法:采用灌胃与皮下注射相结合的方法,用不同配伍比例的泽泻汤对实验性高脂血症大鼠、营养性肥胖小鼠、谷氨酸钠所致肥胖小鼠的血脂及体重的影响,研究泽泻汤对高脂模型鼠的甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)的调节作用。结果:不同配伍的泽泻汤能显著降低高血脂症大鼠血清中的TC、TG、LDL-C的水平(P<0.05,P<0.01),显著升高HDL-C水平(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:不同配伍的泽泻汤都有显著的降血脂作用,其中泽泻、白术按照5∶2比例配伍降血脂效果最明显,2∶1比例配伍的降血脂作用次之,其他配伍比例的泽泻汤降血脂作用未呈现显著的优劣关系。Objective ： The effect of self control method was used to study the compatibility proportions of hypolipidemiceffect of Zexie Decoction. Methods ：The intragastric and subcutaneous injection were used to observe the effects of differ-ent compatibility proportions of Zexie Decoction on blood lipid and body weight of experimental hyperlipidemia rats, nutri-tive obesity mice, monosodium glutamate induced obese mice, glycerol of Zexie Decoction onhyperlipidemia model rats andthe effect on three fat （ TG）, total cholesterol （ TC ）, high density lipoprotein （ HDL - C ）, and low density lipoprotein（ LDL - C） regulations. Results ： The different compatibilities of Zexie Decoction can significantly decrease the serum ofhyperlipemia rats in TC, TG and LDL - C levels （ P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0.05 ） and significantly increase levels of HDL - C （ P 〈0. 01 ,P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion： The different compatibilities of Zexie Decoction have significant effects of reducing bloodlipid. The 5 ： 2 proportion in Zexie Decoction has the most obvious effect, followed by the 2 ： 1 proportion in Zexie Decoc-tion. The other proportions did not show significant relationship on hypolipidemic effect.
