健脾益气汤联合非诺贝特、药膳治疗脂肪肝临床疗效分析及不良反应观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨健脾益气汤联合非诺贝特、药膳治疗脂肪肝的临床疗效分析及不良反应,为临床诊断治疗提供依据。方法:110例脂肪肝患者按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组(n=55)和对照组(n=55);观察组在非诺贝特治疗基础上结合药膳与健脾益气汤治疗,对照组单用非诺贝特治疗;两组患者疗程均为2个月。结果:观察组治疗后总有效率(94.55%)显著高于对照组(69.09%),且差异统计具有显著性意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后ALT、GCT及AST明显低于对照组,且有显著性差异(P<0.05);观察组治疗后TG、TC、LDL明显低于对照组,且有显著性差异(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血浆黏度和纤维蛋白原明显低于对照组,且有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组患者均无明显不良反应发生。结论:健脾益气汤联合非诺贝特、药膳治疗脂肪肝临床疗效显著,且无明显不良反应,具有重要研究意义。Objective ： To investigate the efficacy and adverse reactions of Jianpi Yiqi Decoction combined fenofibrateand medicinal dishes and to provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods ：110 cases of patients with fat-ty liver according to the random number table were randomly divided into control group （ n = 55 ） and observation group（n = 55）. Fenofibrate alone was used in control group and on the basis the treatment added Jianpi Yiqi Decoction andmedicinal dishes. Both groups were treated for a course of two months. Results：The total effective rate after treatment（94.55%） in treatment group was significantly higher than （69.09%） that of control group and the difference was sig-nificant （P 〈 0.05 ）. The observation group＇ s ALT, GCT and AST were significantly lower than those of the control groupand there was significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. In observation group after treatment, TG, TC and LDL were significantlylower than those of the control group and there were significant differences （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, observationgroup＇ s plasma viscosity and fibrinogen were significantly lower than those of the control group and there were significantdifferences （P 〈 0.05 ）. Two groups had no significant adverse reactions. Conclusion：Jiaupi Yiqi Decoction combinedwith fenofibrate and medicinal dishes had clinical effect and no significant adverse reactions in treatment of fatty liver andit had important significance.
