摘　　要：目的:探讨NF-κB、CD133在食管癌中的表达及其与肿瘤转移的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学法检测28例食管癌组织和21例正常食管组织中NF-κB、CD133的表达。结果:在食管癌组织中NF-κB、CD133表达率分别为64.29%、46.40%,而正常食管组织中NF-κB、CD133表达率为9.52%、4.76%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Ⅲ-Ⅳ期和有淋巴结转移的食管癌组织中CD133的表达水平均比Ⅰ-Ⅱ期和无淋巴结转移的高;且CD133与NF-κB表达呈显著正相关(r=0.544,P<0.05)。结论:NF-κB、CD133在食管癌组织中明显阳性表达,与食管癌的恶性程度、淋巴转移等密切相关,对促进食管癌的发展发挥有重要作用。Objective：To investigate the relationship between NF-κB,CD133 expression in esophageal cancer metastasis.Methods：The expression of NF-κB,CD133 was detected by immunohistochemistry in 28 cases of esophageal cancer tissue and 21 cases of normal esophageal tissue.Results：In esophageal cancer tissues NF-kappa B,CD133 expression rate was 64.29％,46.40％ respectively,and the NF-κB in normal esophageal tissue,CD133 expression rate was 9.52％,4.76％ （P ＜ 0.05）.Stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ cancer patients and in patients with lymph node metastasis compared with stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ and without lymph node metastasis the expression of CD133 was high.CD133 and NF -κB expression was significantly positively correlated（r =0.544,P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion：The NF-κB,CD133 are over expressed in esophageal cancer tissue,and related with the malignant degree of esophageal cancer and lymph node metastases.
