大肠癌患者Hp感染与环氧合酶-2表达的相关性

摘　　要：目的:探讨大肠癌患者Hp感染与癌组织中COX-2表达的相关性。方法:采用ELISA法定性检测52例大肠癌患者血清Hp Ig G抗体与我院50例健康体检者进行对照,采用免疫组织化学技术(SP法)检测52例大肠癌组织中COX-2表达情况。结果:血清Hp Ig G抗体阳性率在大肠癌患者与健康体检者之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),COX-2在大肠癌组织中的表达阳性率为73.1%,Hp阳性率为69.2%,在健康体检者中的阳性率为28.0%。血清Hp Ig G抗体阳性率、COX-2在大肠癌组织中表达与肿瘤分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移相关差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),血清Hp Ig G抗体阳性率与大肠癌组织中COX-2表达率有正相关性(r=0.441,P<0.001)。结论:大肠癌组织中COX-2表达水平增高,参与大肠癌的发生、发展过程,Hp感染可能通过上调COX-2的表达导致大肠癌发生的危险性增加。Objective：To investigate the relation between the expression of cyelooxygenase-2 （COX-2） and helicobacter pylori （Hp） infection in colorectal cancer.Methods：We detected Hp IgG in serum by enzyme-linked immunosorbent （ELISA） method,then compare the patients with 50 healthy people.The expression of COX-2 in 52 cases of colorectal cancer were detected immuohistochemically by SP method.Results：The positive rates of COX-2 and Hp IgG were 73.1％,69.2％ in carcinomal cancer,the positive rate of Hp IgG was 28.0％ in healthy people,the positive rate of Hp IgG in serum was significant difference between colorectal cancer and healthy people （P ＜0.01）.Differentiation degree,TNM staged,lymph node metastasis were significantly correlated among the expression in COX-2 and Hp IgG（P ＜ 0.01）.There was positive relation between the expression of COX-2 and the positive rate of Hp IgG （r =0.441,P ＜ 0.001）.Conclusion：Increased expression of COX-2 in colorectal cancer participates carcinogenesis.Hp infection may be through upregulate the expression of COX-2 to take part in the development of tumor.
