前列腺癌并发肾癌2例及文献复习

摘　　要：目的:探讨前列腺癌合并肾癌的诊断和治疗。方法:对2例前列腺腺癌合并肾透明细胞癌的患者进行分析。结果:2例前列腺腺癌患者均接受B超、CT、MRI检查,发现同时合并肾透明细胞癌。2例均接受肾癌根治和双侧睾丸切除术,术后接受生物治疗及内分泌治疗,并随访30-36个月。结论:泌尿系相关多原发癌少见,同时性多原发癌的预后较差,治疗仍以根治性手术切除为主。Objective：To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of simultaneous presentation of prostate cancer and carcinoma of kidney.Methods：Two patients with prostate cancer,who suffered from carcinoma of kidney were analyzed.Results：These 2 patients of prostate cancer coexisting with carcinoma of kidney were diagnosed by ultrasound,CT and MRI.They were performed radical nephrectomy and bilateral orchiectomy,followed up for 30-36 months,with biological treatment and hormonal therapy after operation.Conelusion：Multiple malignant cancer of urologic system is rare.The prognosis of coinstantaneous MPC was worse.Surgical removal of tumors is the first choice therapy for multiple malignant cancer.
