我国博士生入学“申请制”模式探析

摘　　要：我国实施博士生入学"申请制",是解决当前博士生招生中存在的突出问题、提高博士生培养质量和深化研究生教育改革的需要,是顺应国际上博士生招生体制改革的需要。和传统的统一招考模式相比,该模式在招生计划的制定、资格审查和综合考核录取等方面具有鲜明的特色。同时,实施博士生入学"申请制",要做到实施严格的招生监督制度和博士生分流淘汰制度,进一步完善导师负责制。Establishment of a doctoral admission application system in China is to solve the major problems in the present doctoral enrollment system so as to improve the quality of doctoral education and deepen the reform of postgraduate education.It also answers the call for the reform in doctoral admission system in the world.Compared with the traditional mode of unified doctoral enrollment through examinations,the application mode has its distinctive features in making of the admission plan,assessment of the qualifications of applicants and admission through comprehension examination.Meanwhile,the system of supervision over doctoral admission and the system of disqualification of doctoral students should be strictly implemented and the system of supervisors' responsibility should be improved.
