布替萘芬乳膏治疗浅部真菌病临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价布替萘芬和联苯苄唑治疗浅表真菌病的疗效和安全性.方法：96 例浅表真菌病患者随机分为布替萘芬乳膏组和联苯苄唑乳膏组,均分别涂搽患处,每日2 次.体股癣及花斑癣疗程2 周,手足癣疗程4 周：结果：疗程结束时布替萘芬乳膏组总有效率为91.7%,真菌清除率为87.5%,联苯苄唑乳膏组总有效率为83.3%,真菌清除率为83.3%,疗程结束2 周后布替萘芬乳膏组总有效率为93.7%,真菌清除率为95.8%,联苯苄唑乳膏组总有效率为91.7%,真菌清除率为91.7%,两组均无不良反应.结论：布替萘芬乳膏和联苯苄唑乳膏疗效和安全性比较差异无显著性.Objectiveto evaluate the safety and efficacy of bu.tenafine versus bifonazole in thetreatment.f superilcial myc.sis in a randomized,double-blind,parallel-grouptrial.Methods：Of 96patients with positive fungal cultures,48 applied.Butenafine hydrochloride 1%and 48 appliedbifonazole 1%cream to the affected area twice daily for 2 weeks totreat tinea cruris,tinea corporis andTinea versicolor.And 4 weeks for tinea of feet and hands.Efficacy was assessed after end of treatmentand 2 weeks later.Resu lts：At end of treatmentwe find somewhat more patients using butenafine thanusing bifonazole had mycologic cure（butenafine,87.5%;bifonazole,83.3%）and effective clinicalresponse（butenafine,9 1.7%;bifonazole,83-3%）.Two weeks after stopping treatment we find alsoslightly more patients using butenafine than using bifonazole had mycologic cure（butenafine,95.8%;bifonazole,91.7%）and effective clinical response（butenafine,93.7%;bifonazole,91.7%）.Conclusion：Butenafine provides rapid and persistent antifungal activity and symptom rel ief in patientswithsuperfciat mycosis during treatment.And patients continued to improve for at least 2 weeks aftertreatment.The Rates of mycologic cure and effective treatment with butenafinewere higher than withbifonazole at cessation of treatment and 2 weeks later.However,the difference between the two drugswas not significant（p〉0.05）.
